Since 2015 San Francisco designer Andrew Perkins has been creating functional home products, such as cutting and serving boards, trivets, coasters, bottle openers, shelves, wall hooks and games under his Fire Road brand. Here he shares his new Perkins Collection.
We designed and manufactured this line of bathroom essentials for the home goods brand Schoolhouse. Typically, accessories like toilet paper holders and towel bars are overlooked and generic, meant to blend with sinks or shower faucets. We believe that modern design, fresh colors, and natural materials can bring interest and sophistication to any bathroom or kitchen. Crafted from powder-coated steel and wood, each piece in the Perkins Collection provides both durability and warmth.
