Founded by Timo and Ashby Marshall, Spirit Works Distillery is committed to using locally-sourced, organic products as often as possible, and only all-natural ingredients. The process is simple: whole grain is brought to the distillery where it’s milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, and finally bottled — entirely on-site. This hands-on “grain to glass” approach allows control of all aspects of the process, creating a premium product whose quality has been strictly monitored every step of the way. We make a vodka, gin, sloe gin, wheat whiskey and rye whiskey.
