Confluence is a furniture design and production studio located in San Francisco’s East Bay.
Prior to founding Confluence, Joseph Brody worked for over ten years in furniture sourcing, production, and quality, representing some of the best-known brands in the industry. Feeling there was something missing from mass-produced items, he enrolled in a comprehensive furniture-making course at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Maine. After returning to his home in the Bay Area, he founded Confluence Furniture and has never looked back.
